DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

EXCHANGE:

Any product bought from Rania Boutique online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver an incorrect order or the product is faulty).

Exchange Policy is only liable within 2 working days after the goods are delivered.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

Rania Boutique does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged. In that scenario you can contact us by emailing us at customercare@rrania.com or call us at ++91 6304072564 along with your order number for us to schedule the right one for you.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Rania Boutique has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

INTERNATION SHIPPING:

For International Orders, once an order is processed or confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please note that any applicable custom duties will be borne by the customer. The actual delivery charges will be conveyed to the customer, and these charges are determined based on the destination, size, and weight of the order for international deliveries.
• For exchange the customer needs to ship back the product at his expense and the customer has to pay new shipping charges for the shipment of the exchanged product . (exchange depends on the availability of the stock).
• Kindly take a note that custom duty and charges if levied by the customs are to be borne by the customer.
• Kindly note in case of any kind of discrepancy with the received order the customers have to inform our customer care within seven working days. Issues reported beyond this time will not be entertained and we will not be held liable for it.

REFUNDS:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 days. However, it is on the discretion of your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as early as possible.
